Welcome to the Spring Fair 2024

Friends, family, extended family, neighbors, current families, alumni, and summer camp families are welcome!  We have always wanted to do bigger events at school.  This year we are adding some vendors and additional activities.  It is so much fun planning this!  Flyer is attached.

Schedule:

• 4pm: Doors Open:  Find a spot for the concert on the front lawn.  Food available for purchase.
• 4:30pm-5:00pm:  Miss Jamie's Farm - Family Concert
• 5:00pm-7pm:  Family activities are open, Farmer's Market Opens:  LGCS School Store, Kids Made by Me Market, Face Tattoos, Hayrides, Animal Encounters, Bouncy House, and more.  If you have a vendor or activity suggestion, feel free to share with us.  Most activities will be on the playground.

Sponsored Donations:  Most schools have auction items to raise money.  We are going to try something different this year.  We are creating a wish list for our outdoor classroom that where families can sponsor items.  We are working with a carpenter to have sample displays like an outdoor library or outdoor bulletin boards.  We are also trying to put figure out plaques that will go on the donated items.  

Auction Item: Do we have any Bears fans?  One of our families generously donated a football autographed by Willam Perry “The Fridge” for any of you that want to do the Super Bowl Shuffle at home.   Stop by and make a bid.  

Volunteer Opportunities:   Middle School & High School Volunteers are welcome and appreciated to run any booths.  We still need some volunteers for games.   

Vendors: We are allowing vendors of products that complement a family product to have a table at the Spring Fair. 

Parking:  The parking lot was recently extended but please bring as few cars as possible.   Please park in our parking lot or on our side of the street. Please do not park on our neighbors side of the street or lawn.
